PROTOTYPE JEWELS REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY 

All sales are final.

Due to the nature of our products and strict sanitation standards, Prototype Jewels does not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on any items. Once an item has left our facility, it cannot re-sold or returned to inventory for health, safety, and quality-control reasons.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 72 hours if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
